真假 AirPods CT 掃描，真耳機是「小型化奇蹟」

蘋果 AirPods 耳機問世後，引領了 TWS 耳機的需求興起，但也讓山寨貨如雨後春筍般冒出，這些山寨貨外觀看起來與 AirPods 一樣，且主打的功能也號稱與正品一樣，但山寨貨真有辦法成為 AirPods 的「平替」嗎？

早先新創公司 Lumafield 使用了 CT 掃描儀來了解蘋果 Thunderbolt 4 電纜到底貴在哪裡，而現在該公司又再度利用了 CT 掃描儀來檢視真假 AirPods 的內部構造，並揭示真正的 AirPods 耳機內部設計複雜性與精密性是山寨貨無法比擬的。

電池

Lumafield 認為，電池是 AirPods 擁有無線便利性與靈活性的關鍵，真 AirPods 在每個耳塞當中都配有精心設計的鈕扣電池，主要目的就是要緊密貼合緊湊的外型並有效地提供最佳電力。

相較之下，山寨 AirPods 內部使用的是鋰離子軟包電池，這樣的電池不僅結構不夠複雜，且安全性也較低；相較於真 AirPods 電池的緊湊設計，山寨 AirPods 僅是將一個矩形的電池塞進圓形空間，完全不貼合機身。

電路

在內部電路設計方面，真 AirPods 堪稱是小型化與精密工程的奇蹟。蘋果分別使用了硬版與軟體印刷電路板的組合來密集地封裝零組件，並確保 AirPods 每一毫米的內部空間都有效地利用。

山寨貨明顯就簡略許多，都是利用現成的零組件拼湊而成，這也讓耳機的功能性較差，山寨 AirPods 的麥克風與控制電路較少，因此影響了音質。
